OFFSPRING.
Community infused e-Commerce.

OFFSPRING is a UK sneaker boutique established as the leading sneaker market player. Since 1996 and the first store in London's Neal Street, OFSSPRING has grown to become the key facilitator of sneaker know-how in the UK fashion sportswear. In 2019 they decided to upgrade their digital platforms and further include their community onto their sites and apps.

I was part of the digital design team commissioned to design new full-featured commerce pages as well as adding a series of functionalities designed to tie people, opinions and sneaker wear closer together. The solution roadmap included a fresh take on the site hierarchy, navigation principles, feature descriptions and key commerce pages.

In addition we designed conceptual framework for the OFFSPRING digital user experience , mapping out user journeys, resulting in a catalogue of community-centred digital concepts that would further enable sneaker heads to tap into a shared digital space.

After a series of workshops and collaborative design sessions we produced a full user experience strategy, a feature catalogue, digital design and creative front-end code.

A few months on we added a concept for an engaging content hub, including a series of different types of publications inviting community members to share knowledge in extension to commercial products.
