Keylane.
Modernising Fintech Workflows.

Keylane supplies software solutions to the life insurance and pension industry across Europe. They provide a flexible infrastructure platform to support the core processes within the major pension players in Denmark.

In a collaboration with senior strategist Sofie Bech of sobeUX I was part of modernising the digital interfaces of one of Keylanes software solution services.

We conducted a series of interviews and workshops among senior pension advisors (selected from Keylanes customer pool) in order to understand their user needs from a professional and contextual angle.

Based on insights we crafted a high-fidelity prototype, that was tested and validated in the target audience. The prototype introduced a new customised flow and utilised key data as features in the interface.
